His robust trade and brand experience, having worked in Pfizer Products Plc, Livestock Feeds Plc, British American Tobacco (BAT) Nigeria and Access Bank Plc, have helped him to understand every aspect of the sales and marketing function. His other competencies include brand building, sales and marketing strategy and project management. He is also a member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN).

Medebem, on her part, can similarly boast of over 18 years experience in brand management and marketing. She has vast experience working on major accounts in several organizations such as MTN, Nigerian Breweries, Multichoice, Mnet&Supersport, Miss Commonwealth (Nigeria & International), V-Mobile, P&G, BAT, F.I.B, Int. Cont. Bank, Dansa Foods, Zain and many more brands.

She also had a stint in broadcasting working with AIT, Mnet New Directions and UNFPA – I Need to Know, Klink Studios and so much more.

She is a member of APCON, NIMN and currently the Chairman, Publicity Committee of EXMAN.
