Brandcom Awards: MultiChoice’s Caroline Oghuma Bags PR Manager of the Year

Caroline Oghuma, Executive Head, Corporate Affairs, MultiChoice Nigeria has been named the PR manager of the year at the Brandcom Awards held at Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos at the weekend.

Brandcom Awards is designed to be the most credible and prestigious platform recognising, rewarding and inspiring agencies, brands and individuals in the marketing and communications industry in Nigeria.

Caroline Oghuma is the Executive Head, Corporate Affairs of MultiChoice Nigeria. For over a decade and a half, she has been instrumental in shaping the reputation of organisations. Prior to joining MultiChoice, she had worked at MTN and Stanbic IBTC.

She joined MultiChoice in 2014 and has proven to be a ‘people person’ always. As the Public Relations Manager, MultiChoice, Caroline increased publicity for the company by 50% in under six months. She has also sustained decreased negative publicity for the brand by 25% by instituting ongoing product and brand education for the media as well as launched customer engagement for and attained increased customer understanding of the MultiChoice’ self-help and electronic payment platforms.
