The Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, has approved the appointment of Onyemaka Kenneth as the Managing Director of Delta State Signage and Advertisement Agency, DESAA.

According to an engagement letter signed by Festus Ovie Agas, Secretary to State Government, Kenneth’s appointment took effect from June 1, 2017.

It will be recalled that in 2013, the former Emmanuel Uduaghan led administration, signed into law the bill on Regulation of Outdoor Structure for the Display of Signages and Advertisement in the State. Other bills signed into law by Uduaghan include Establishment of Traffic Management Authority and Regulation of Traffic Control; and the bill on the Regulation of Inn-Keepers and Hotel Proprietors.

Kenneth is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring proper management of signage and outdoor advertisement assets in the state.
