iConcepts,  one of Nigeria’s leading multi-channel solutions providers of mobile technology and Value Added services, VAS, yesterday launched mGen.ng, a ground breaking and simple cloud based mobile marketing platform that enables businesses and organizations of any size to boost sales, customer engagement and marketing Return on Investment, ROI, using efficient Short Message Service, SMS, capabilities.
 Speaking at the product launch, Ugo Okoye, Founder/Chief Executive Officer, iConcepts explicated that mGen.ng uses short codes and unique keywords to build opted-in audiences, collect customer feedback and send auto-responses to inbound messages.  He explained that the platform was built to assist companies particularly the SMEs to enhance their customer engagement.  Expounding on the reach of the mobile technology platform, the CEO said that there is basically no industry that cannot use mobile and therefore mGen.ng for their operations.
