Osobajo Oyinade Appointed Head Of Marketing For Moove Africa
Consummate marketing professional, Osobajo Oyinade has been appointed as the Head of Marketing-Africa For Moove Africa.
In her new role, she will be overseeing the marketing activities Moove Africa, the continent’s premier flexible car-ownership company.
Prior her appointment, she was a Senior Manager, Marketing, Digital & Communications with Green Africa where her role was ensuring strong brand positioning, designing efficient marketing, digital and communication plans, building effective campaigns for brand growth and utilizing impactful marketing strategies to achieve commercial objectives.
She was also at Uber as Marketing Manager – West Africa where she spearheaded the regional marketing activities of Nigeria, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire and expansion markets with focus on driving brand growth, building brand equity, increased rider acquisition and delivered unique brand experiences across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
Oyinade is a highly prolific marketing professional with more than a decade global and regional experience spanning strategic marketing, product portfolio and innovation strategies, brand equity analysis, market segmentation, consumer insights, profitability and growth, marketing partnerships, data analytics, media, communication strategy and digital marketing.
Also, part of her years’ experience include more than a year at Philip Morris International, four years at Diageo Group where she was the Brand Manager for the Johnnie Walker brand and Innovation Manager for Spirits and RTD, four years at DDB Lagos where and SO&U, where she commenced her career.
Oyinade is an alumna of the Lagos State University who possesses a degree in Microbiology from the institution. She also holds an M.Sc in Media & Communication, Marketing Communications from the School of Media and Communication, Pan-Atlantic University and a certificate in Digital Media/Internet Marketing from BlueMagnet Web Intellect, Johannesburg, South Africa.
