Lipton Ice Tea, one of Nigeria’s most loved beverage drinks, treated BBNaija All-Stars housemates and indeed the viewers to an unforgettable traditional Lit tea party.
The brand, known for its elaborate and captivating task in the show, spared nothing in transforming the Arena, a popular area in Biggie’s mansion into a sophisticated spot fit to host royalties. The brand strategically used this year’s spotlight to remind the million viewers the importance of reconnecting with loved ones and cultural heritage in its well curated brand task.
The first task had the six finalists put together a Lipton Ice tea time puzzle in the garden of Biggie’s mansion.
In the second task ‘Lit time is reconnection time’, housemates were required to present a well written emotional two-part speech, to a loved one and an ex-housemate they wished to reconnect with, holding a bottle of Lipton Iced tea.
Ilebaye reconnected with her Mum and ex-housemate Adedoyin while Pere reconnected with his Mum and ex-housemate, KimOkprah.
For Adekunle, he reconnected with a long lost friend and ex-housemate, Venita while Cee-c reconnected a long lost friend and ex-housemate, Kiddwaya.
Mercy reconnected with her Mum and Whitemoney while Cross reconnected with his Mum and ex-housemate, Kim Okprah.
Each housemate then displayed the richness of their culture and dance moves in a dance competition to a live band performance.
At the end of the task, Pere won the ‘Lit time is connection time ‘ task while Adekunle won the dance competition with his mesmerizing dance moves.
