Oluwatobi Ogunlesi Joins Pan African Towers As Corporate Comms Manager
Public relations and marketing communications practitioner, Oluwatobi Ogunlesi has joined the services of Pan African Towers, a telecommunications infrastructure and wireless service facilitator as its Corporate Communications Manager.
Prior his appointment, Ogunlesi has held a similar role at Junior Achievement Nigeria.
He has also served as a Corporate Communications Coordinator at Marine Platforms Limited where he was responsible for coordinating all corporate communications activities, taking charge of the communications strategy, event management, and media relations, while also working collaboratively with different business stakeholders to achieve the company’s objectives.
Ogunlesi is passionate about brand public relations and corporate communications because it shapes Branding, Positioning, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Crisis, and Reputation Management.
He aspires to be a top-notch Storyteller, Public Relations and communications Professional helping organizations rapidly increase their media relations footprint, processes & engagement by shaping conversations, and increasing awareness through insights, whilst also mentoring young communications professionals.
Ogunlesi started his career at Zenith Bank before moving to the Candel Group as to work in the Marketing Research department.
Other organisations he has worked include Insight Communications Limited, Africa Practice, Lafarge, R & B Communications, ID Africa, Black House Media, Nigeria Energy Forum, and Nigeria Upstream Regulatory Commission.
Some of the projects he has worked on include the Africa Magic Video Choice Awards 2020, MultiChoice Hope For Africa Benefit Concert, Big Brother Naija 2020, MultiChoice Socio-Economic Impact, DStv Thanks Campaign, MultiChoice New Packs Naija (The launch of DStv Yanga, DStv Confam and DStv Padi), DStv StepUp, MultiChoice Group Media Showcase, and Africa Magic Shows (Dr.Laser, DateMyFamily, Unmarried, Confessions, Mercy and Ike, Judging Matters).
Ogunlesi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics & Farm Management, from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. He is also an alumnus at the Pan Atlantic University (PAU), where he volunteered to work with LBSAA during his MBA programme to ensure Alumni Association objectives are achieved.
