Guinness Nigeria Taps Eniola Alli Faweya, Appoints Her Head of Corporate Comms


Guinness Nigeria PLC, a subsidiary of the global beverage giant Diageo, has announced the strategic appointment of Eniola Alli Faweya as its new Head of Corporate Communications, effective February 12th, 2024.

In her new position, Eniola is expected to play a vital role in shaping Guinness Nigeria’s external and internal communication efforts, aligning them with the company’s broader business objectives and global narratives. Prior to joining Guinness Nigeria, Eniola led the Corporate Communications team at International Breweries, a multinational beverage company and subsidiary of Ab InBev, where she was responsible for driving project-based communications aligned with business objectives and global narratives. Her expertise includes providing technical leadership in the development of corporate communications policies and processes, developing strategies to drive business value through employee engagement and media, and handling crisis and issues management communications with agility.

Eniola’s diverse professional background also includes leadership positions in reputable organizations within the financial sector, where she successfully drove conflict resolution, brand management, and quality assurance initiatives.

Academically, Eniola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a specialized MBA in Green Energy and Sustainable Businesses from the prestigious Covenant University, Ota, and the University of Bologna, Italy, respectively.
