Google AI Tool, Gemini Set To Deepen Music Creativity In Africa
Google has said that Gemini, its artificial intelligence (AI) tool, would enhance the creativity of African music.
The Communications and Public Affairs Manager at Google West Africa, Taiwo Kola-Ogunlade, said that Gemini is one of Google’s best artificial intelligence tools, would not guarantee fame but could provide knowledge to fuel creativity and help one tap into the resources needed to propel a career forward.
Kola-Ogunlade said that becoming a global music star demands talent, grit and a willingness to learn along the way.
He stated that in vibrant music communities like the ones in Lagos, Johannesburg and Nairobi, it is not just about who you know but how you connect, stressing that Gemini helps you go through networking.
According to him, it is also about igniting a creative spark, Gemini can reignite inspiration and suggest lyrical rhymes for a song with an empowering theme. He said, “Gemini is your brainstorming partner, ready to push your artistic boundaries, Gemini can help you find your voice and craft an artist’s biography that captures one’s passion for social change through music
