Access Bank Holds Interactive Sessions With Customers In Benin, Owerri, Enugu


As part of efforts to appreciate customers and strengthen the existing relationship, Access Bank, one of the leading financial institutions in Nigeria, recently held interactive sessions with its customers in three capital cities in Nigeria, Benin, Enugu and Owerri.

Speaking at the event, Chizoba Okoli, the Deputy Managing Director at Access Bank, said the event was part of the efforts to appreciate customers, strengthen the existing relationship and generate feedback that would help to serve numerous customers satisfactorily.

Chizoba, full of gratitude to the customers for their steadfastness and confidence, revealed that Access Bank serves over 60 million customers from 600 branches nationwide.

She said the financial institution would continue to provide the best of services and innovations that guarantee exciting experiences, and economic growth, and urged the participants to always leverage the bank’s various products.

On her part, Njideka Esemoju, Group Head of Consumer Banking at Access Bank said, “The essence of the event is to know our customers better, to appreciate and celebrate them. It is also an opportunity to find out their pinpoints to address them because we aim at customers’ satisfaction.”

Esemoju added that the bank would work hard to enhance its processes through the feedback generated from the sessions.

Charles Oguibe, the Regional Director of Branch Banking, Southeast, expressed joy over the programme and the responses.

Oluremi Tinuolu-Gabriel, Access Bank Head, Channels, covering electronic channels and digital payments, emphasized Access More and urged customers to embrace the application as it offers over 70 financial and payment solutions within and outside Nigeria.

Tinuolu-Gabriel assured of the bank’s determination to secure customers’ transactions and advised customers against disclosing sensitive information to safeguard their accounts.

Some of the attendees commended Access Bank for its activities and support towards its customers through various products, including Access Finance, among others.

They included Chief Cajetan Nwanebo of Cajes Global Concept Ltd; Dr. Kingsley Alaneme of Akin Agro-Farms and Fisheries, and Love Mbachu of Vine Love Ugo Ltd. The guests contributed to ways of improving the bank’s services.

The high point of the event, which drew large participants, was the introduction of products such as Access Hydrogen POS, Access Pensions, and Switch to Solar equipment to curb carbon emissions, etc.
