ADVAN Opens Call For Entries For Marketing Excellence Awards 2026

The Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) has officially opened entries for the ADVAN Awards for Marketing Excellence 2026, inviting brands, agencies, and marketing professionals across Nigeria and beyond to showcase campaigns that exemplify creativity, strategic thinking, innovation, and measurable impact.
The entry submission opens on Monday, January 19, 2026, and will close on Friday, February 27, 2026. All submissions will be assessed by a panel of seasoned industry experts, who will evaluate entries based on clearly defined criteria, including strategic insight, creativity, execution, and innovation.
With entries now open, the 2026 edition promises to spotlight the most compelling marketing ideas shaping today’s competitive and increasingly digital marketplace.
According to the organisers, the awards are designed to celebrate marketing campaign and brand successes; gain recognition from industry leaders and experts; strengthen brand’s reputation and credibility; network with top marketers, agencies, and business leaders; as well as take home one of the most respected marketing honours in Africa.
The organisers emphasized that this is an opportunity to gain industry recognition, elevate brand credibility and be celebrated among best in marketing excellence.
The ADVAN Awards for Marketing Excellence 2026 ceremony is scheduled to hold on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at the Shell Zenith Bank Hall, MUSON Centre, Onikan, Lagos, with proceedings set to begin promptly at 5:00 PM. The event is expected to attract leading figures from Nigeria’s marketing, advertising, media, and corporate sectors.
Some of the categories to be awarded this year are Campaign of the Year, Brand of the Year, New Brand/Brand Extension/Revitalization, Consumer Promotion and Digital & Social Media Marketing.
Other categories include CSR, Experiential Marketing, Innovation, Indigenous Brand of the Year, Public Relations/Corporate Communications Campaign of the Year and Public Sector Marketing.
People’s Brand, Outstanding Marketing Professional of the Year, Brand Manager of the Year, Future Leader of Marketing and Brand Journalist of the Year are among the awards.
ADVAN was founded in 1992, to advance the interest of the marketing Industry in Nigeria by spearheading and ensuring global best practices as well as facilitating collaborative partnerships with relevant stakeholders. The association is a strong voice of about 70 of the biggest organisations in Nigeria representing over 200 brands with an annual marketing spend of well over N200 Billion.
ADVAN is a member and on the Executive Council of the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA), a body of global brands and marketing associations in over 60 countries of the world.
