Olajumoke Agbetanmije Assumes New Role As Sustainability Specialist At Seven-Up Bottling Company

Corporate sustainability and ESG professional, Olajumoke Agbetanmije, has been promoted to the position of Sustainability Specialist at Seven-Up Bottling Company (SBC).
Prior to her promotion, Olajumoke served as Sustainability Analyst at the company, where she led data collection and reporting across Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) frameworks, ensuring compliance with global sustainability standards. She also supported recycling and circular economy initiatives aimed at driving measurable impact in waste reduction.
Olajumoke joined SBC in 2023 as a People & Culture Management Trainee, before progressing to the role of Learning and Development Analyst, and later transitioning into sustainability-focused responsibilities.
As a passionate sustainability advocate, she brings a strong background in corporate administration and human capital development. Her career began in administration and HR, where she developed expertise in people management, organizational performance, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Driven by a commitment to building responsible and sustainable businesses, Olajumoke later specialized in ESG reporting, sustainability strategy, and recycling initiatives. From supporting human capital development as a Learning and Development Analyst to now contributing to corporate sustainability strategy, she brings a unique combination of people-centered leadership and data-driven impact.
Before joining SBC, her career journey included roles at Dufil Prima Foods as a Logistics and Procurement Trainee, and Providence Recycling Inc. where she worked as an Operations Assistant.
She also served at Recycle Edge as Head of Administration & Advisory, overseeing administrative operations and implementing systems that improved organizational efficiency. She was subsequently promoted to Business Associate, supporting business development and advisory projects with a focus on sustainability and organizational performance.
Olajumoke holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Lagos State University, and an Executive Master’s in Sustainability and Bio-Circular Economy from Rome Business School Nigeria.
