In a strategic move by Alpha and Jam to focus more on its massive African expansion program, Alpha and Jam has exited the AMD portfolio by selling a 100 percent stake of its highly performing Indoor/Instore advertising business to Ventor Africa, a media investment firm focused on media acquisition in Africa.

AMD came into the limelight with its exclusive advertising partnership with Spar in 2020 and then moved on to build the largest indoor advertising network across retail, malls, and airports.

AMD is the largest modern trade digital advertising provider with exclusive partnerships with SPar, Enyo, Ebeano, Jendol, marketsquare, Pick n Pay, and advertising rights at the Mobolaji Johnson train station, Asaba International Airport, Jabi Mall, and MMA2.

The acquisition by Ventor Africa will give AMD fresh capital injection to build a border indoor portfolio and expand its offering across more convergence points. Vector Africa has mentioned that the AMD brand will remain and all existing contracts will be honoured.

Alpha and Jam, a Pan -African media group currently operational across 6 African markets, is looking to increase its footprint to 20 other markets by the end of 2025. the offsetting of the AMD asset allows the business to run light and provides it with the infusing of capital to drive its current aggressive African plan.
