EXMAN To Create National Database For Brand Ambassadors, Promoters

Experiential Marketers Association of Nigeria (EXMAN) has concluded plans to create a national database which will enable it to track unruly brand ambassadors as well as those with questionable characters.
In an advertorial published by the association in the daily, it reads “EXMAN is creating a national database of Brand Ambassador/Promoters which is tracked to ensure unruly brand ambassador as well as those with questionable characters are not allowed to work for clients going forward”
The effort is aimed at ensuring that all players operate a standard practice. It would be recalled that the association launched ‘Certified Brand Ambassadors Programme’ years back, an initiative which is designed to reorganize the operating structure of the Experiential and Activation industry by establishing a central register for all field activation personnel across the country.
The Kehinde Salami led administration is reinforcing the need for practitioners to register and create more awareness about the programme.
“In order to standardize the employment and deployment of brand ambassadors/promoters and to guarantee that brands continue to receive value for money by having brand ambassadors that are honest and represent the values of the brands they are employed to serve, EXMAN has launched this initiative which is designed to re-organize the operating structure of the Experiential and Activation industry by establishing a central register for all field activation personnel across the country”
According to the association advertorial, Brand Managers, and Marketing Executives of businesses will benefit from Pre-qualified and trained Brand Ambassadors/Promoters, Disciplined Brand Ambassadors/Promoters who are monitored regularly and Insured Brand Ambassadors/Promoters.
By registering with the programme participants stand to benefit from training in key aspects of brand activation and field marketing. He or She also becomes certified after passing the online certification examination.
