The Coca-Cola Company Elevates Abiodun Ajiborode To Franchise Operations Director

The Coca-Cola Company has elevated its former Acting Marketing Director to the position of Franchise Operations Director.
In his new role, he will be responsible for strategic business planning, accelerating volume and value growth, improving system profitability and optimizing RTM. Other responsibilities include: managing distribution channel, designing the optimal commercial strategy, driving revenue growth agenda and managing the entire sales operations; with full P&L responsibility.
Ajiborode brings almost two decades of commercial experience into his new role with competencies spanning across business and marketing leadership, revenue growth management, sale management and strategic business planning.
Meanwhile, when he was the Acting Marketing Director for Coca-Cola Nigeria, his role entailed leading the Coca-Cola Company business from the marketing standpoint by developing sound strategic marketing roadmap and profitable innovation pipeline. Prior to that he was the Marketing Manager (Associate Director) Nigeria.
Other companies she has worked include: Head of Marketing and Sales at Grand Oak Limited; National Execution Excellence Manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company; Marketing Manager – Premium Brands at SABMiller; Senior Brand Manager – Fabric Care at PZ Cussons; Category Brand Manager at Promasidor and Associate Consultant at H.Pierson Associates.
Abiodun holds an MBA from the Lagos Business School and a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), United Kingdom. He has also attended several executive training programmes at leading global institutions including Kellogg Business School, Harvard University, Cornell University and The Coca-Cola University.
