Flour Mills Appoints Olaitan Osunbunmi As Category Marketing Manager

Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc has appointed consummate marketing professional, Olaitan Osunbunmi as its Category Marketing Manager. 

She and her team would be responsible for the actualisation of the company’s business objectives, in collaboration with cross-functional partners, to ensure they are developing the most effective marketing plans to meet their goals.

Osunbunmi is an accomplished marketing, communication and brand management professional spanning over 14 years split between the creative world on the Agency side and the dynamic world of FMCG and Banking. 

Prior to her appointment, she was the Category Brand Manager at Olam where she was responsible for developing deep, actionable consumer insights on brands, competition, usage and attitudes, and leisure pursuits among others.

She started her career as a Client Service Executive at Strategic Media limited before she moved to Ecobank Nigeria plc as Marketing Executive. 

Later on, she joined a marketing communication company, Lowe Lintas Lagos, as an Account Manager where she was responsible for developing Marketing and Communication strategies for Brands, planning, and Execution of Integrated Brand Activities, and others. Thereafter, she joined Olams and later Flour Mills. 

She holds a B.Tech in Pure/Applied Mathematics from the Ladoke Akintola University Of Technology (LAUTECH), a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from LAUTECH among other certifications.
