Excitement Galore As Mavin’s Overdose Hits No. 1 On Apple Music Chart
Popular Nigerian producer and Mavin CEO, Micheal Ajereh, known as Don Jazzy, has appreciated Wizkid and other fans after the group’s single, “Overdose” took the no.1 spot on the Apple Music Nigeria chart.
This was made known by a screenshot shared from the chart on his Twitter page on Wednesday, as the Mavin CEO noted that being in the no. 1 spot was not an easy feat.
Don Jazzy tweeted, “Na Baba God dey run am. This No 1 was not easy at all. Shout out to the Mavin team. Shout out to the Mavin fans. Shout out to Big Wiz for the timely co-sign. We appreciate you all. Thanks #Mavins.”
“Overdose”, which was released on May 13, 2022, features Mavin Records Signees Crayon, Ayra Starr, Ladipoe, Magixx, and boy Spyce.
Crayon which is one of the Mavin Signee shared a video where the song was playing in the background on Tuesday and Wizkid commented, “If I marry, play this song.”
When Don Jazzy reposted the video on his Instagram page, Wizkid also commented, “my jam”, with love emojis.
Not long after the update from Don Jazzy, Wizkid shared a video on Instagram singing along to the song playing in the background.
