Femi Adelusi Returns For 2nd Term As MIPAN Inducts New Members

Femi Adelusi, CEO/MD of BrandEye Media has been re-elected for a second term in office as President of the Media Independent Practitioners Association of Nigeria (MIPAN).

He was re-elected alongside his executives at the association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) held recently at Marriott Hotel, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos. The theme of this year’s AGM was: “The Role of Data and Technology In Economic Growth”.

The members of his Executives include Dozie Okafor, Vice President; Eki Adzufeh, Executive Secretary; Yetunde Adegbite, Assistant Executive Secretary; Henry Ononiwu, Publicity Secretary; Akam Ekpo Enoch, Assistant Publicity Secretary, and Samson Oyebamire as Financial Secretary. They are set to continue the effort of repositioning the association as a body to be reckoned with.

Also, at the AGM, new members were inducted into the association and they are Zenilla Media, Wavemaker Media, and Auxilia Media.

Meanwhile, the inducted members and re-elected Executives pledged to abide by the code and conduct of MIPAN, and regulatory bodies and ultimately work together to lift the media advertising industry to a greater height.

Recall Adelusi emerged as the President of MIPAN 2020 after the expiration of Dr. Ken Onyeali Ikpe’s tenure.

MIPAN is the umbrella body of all media agencies in Nigeria established to develop and improve the media advertising function in Nigeria by paying close attention to the discipline to offer quantitative value to the industry. Encourage the entrenchment of merit-based reward systems in the media advertising function to ensure continuous improvement as well as facilitate the advertising industry in Nigeria.
