An Integrated Marketing Communications Expert, Godspower Utawure has been appointed Regional Marketing Manager of Airtel Nigeria, a leading telecommunication services provider.

In his new role, Godspower will be responsible for driving all elements of commercial operations and implementing customer service for delivering revenue numbers at the regional level.

He has over ten years of experience cutting across various aspects of marketing and corporate communications, including product trade launch, branding, advertising, agency & vendor management, experiential activation, media relations, and PR. In addition, I have detailed experience in managing marketing DME budgets.

Before joining Airtel Network Ltd, he was the marketing manager at JMG Limited.

Taking to his LinkedIn page to announce his appointment, Godspower wrote “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Regional Marketing Manager at Airtel Nigeria.”

Prior to joining JMG Limited, Godspower was the Marketing Manager, Operations & Activation at CHI Limited, The  Coca-Cola company where he was charged with the responsibility of marketing DME budget planning and expenditure. He also ensures control in line with the approved plan, budget optimization with no overspending, and coordinate management and usage of all activation assets.

Godspower strengths and well-diversified skillset have enabled him to enhance and market various corporate and retail brands across traditional and digital channels with optimum results.

He has MS.c in Media & Communications from the Pan-Arica University, School of Media and Communication. He is also skilled in marketing communications, management, and public relations.
