Lineup Of Activities, Speakers For EXMAN Brand Experience Summit Day 1

The Experiential Marketers Association of Nigeria (EXMAN) has kicked off its highly anticipated Brand Experience Summit 2023 at the prestigious Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos.

Themed “Unlocking the X,” the summit aims to elevate marketing efforts to new heights and equip attendees with the knowledge, skills, and strategies required to excel in today’s dynamic marketing landscape. With a blend of insightful sessions and interactive discussions, the Brand Experience Summit 2023 offers a unique platform for marketing professionals, industry leaders, and enthusiasts to explore the latest trends and exchange ideas.

Day one of the summit features an impressive lineup of activities and renowned speakers who will leverage their knowledge and wealth of experiences in impacting participants.

The session commenced with the first plenary where Ifeanyi Oputa, the founder of Studio24, sharing his entrepreneurial journey and offering valuable insights into building a successful business. Rolake Akinkugbe-Filani facilitated the engaging discussion, ensuring a thought-provoking exchange of ideas.

Jane Egerton-Idehen, the founder of J.E.I Consulting, took the stage in the second plenary to delve into the exciting realm of the metaverse and its impact on brand activations. The session not only provided theoretical knowledge but also offered practical metaverse applications, allowing participants to witness the power of this emerging technology firsthand.

Also billed for today, there will be three breakout sessions with the enigmatic Steve Babaeko, CEO of X3M Ideas and President of the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN) taking participants on the “Future Agency Model. The session” is expected to delve into innovative approaches and strategies that agencies can adopt to thrive in an ever-evolving industry.

The second breakout session will focus on “Data Regulations & Privacy.” In a time where data regulations and privacy are paramount, Mr. Solape Akinde from the SevenUp Bottling Company will share his expertise on navigating this complex landscape.

The third breakout session is on ‘Strategy in a Digital Age.’ Feyi Olubodun, the Founder and Managing Partner of Open Squares Consulting, will facilitate this session.

Summit will continue with the third plenary session on ‘Monetizing Events through Streaming’- with Chidi Okeke, the founder of UduX, shedding light on the process of monetizing events through streaming.

Day one of the EXMAN Brand Experience Summit will come to a close with yet another set of three break-out sessions. The first is on ‘Starting a Career in Experiential Marketing’, for those aspiring to pursue a career in experiential marketing. The second will focus on “Creating Experiences with Afrobeats. This will be facilitated by Bukola Sawyerr Izeogu, CEO of BukiHQ Media and Burnaboy’s PR Manager. The last session is on “Understanding the Nigerian Consumer through Financial Data.” JR Kanu, founder of Reach Africa, will facilitate this session.
