Nnamdi Eke Elevated To New Position As Senior Media, PR & Sponsorship Manager For Nigerian Breweries
Nigerian Breweries PLC, one of Africa’s biggest brewers, has announced the promotion of foremost professional, Nnamdi Eke to the prestigious position of Senior Media, PR, and Sponsorship Manager.
In his new position, Eke who boasts an extensive experience in sales and marketing is expected to enhance the company’s market share, drive volume growth, and achieve sales and marketing objectives, among other objectives. His expertise in SAP and SharePoint adds further value to his role.
Prior to his elevation, Eke served as the Media & Brand PR Manager for Nigerian Breweries, where he played a pivotal role in driving the marketing communications agenda for all its Brands. Moreover, he successfully spearheaded innovative and value-adding Media & PR communication management initiatives across the extensive portfolio of 21+ NB brands. Additionally, Eke provided oversight for Media Excellence management in one of the West African countries within the esteemed HEINEKEN International Group, while consistently maintaining a strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Eke also held the position of Key Account Manager at the same company, where he demonstrated exceptional skills in devising end-to-end strategies, planning and implementing sales and marketing processes. Collaborating with external agencies, he effectively supported experiential activities, ensuring visibility, activations, and promotions of the wide range of brands, ultimately leading to market share growth and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Before joining Nigerian Breweries, Nnamdi Eke served as the Corporate Affairs Officer and Public Affairs Officer at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, adding to his diverse and impressive professional background.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Redeemer’s University. Additionally, he possesses valuable skills in brand strategy, digital marketing, project management, customer service, and Microsoft Office, among others, further highlighting his well-rounded expertise.
