Brandcom Awards Records Over 17,000 Entries For Top 35 Under 35

Brand Communicator, a leading brand, and marketing publication in Africa and organisers of the annual Brandcom Awards has announced that it has received a total of 17, 183 nominations for its Top 35 Under 35 Marketing and Communications Professionals category.

It would be recalled that the nomination process opened on the 26th of September 2023 ahead of the 2023 Brandcom Awards Night, to celebrate growth drivers and deserving brands in the marketing industry.

The Brandcom 35 Under 35 category of the awards is for fast-rising, young, creative, game-changing and innovative marketing and communication professionals that are not above 35 years and have been outstanding, are contributing to the growth of brands, the marketing eco-system, as well as the country, in the period under review.

“The integrated marketing communications industry is wide and fast growing. It is a statement of fact that the wheel of this industry is being churned by the army of relentless young and versatile people. These people are rarely recognized or celebrated for their contributions. It was since last year we decided that we as a platform will change this, hence the 35 under 35,” Joshua Ajayi, Convener of the awards stated.

He added, “We are celebrating the giant stride at our award this year based on our mantra of Prestige, Integrity, and Credibility. To date, industry players have adjudged the Brandcom Awards as a credible award platform amidst the falling integrity of some awards in recent times. We boldly say our awards remain credible and we won’t rest on our oars.”

Brandcom Awards is the celebration of the exploits and achievements of brands, agencies, notable players, marketing companies, and advertising agencies that have gone the extra mile and beyond to create and make an impact in the industry.

The award is also designed to be the most credible and prestigious platform recognizing, rewarding, and inspiring agencies, brands, and individuals in the marketing and communications industry in Nigeria.

Aside the top 35 under 35 marketing and communication professionals, agencies, corporate organizations, and individuals who have done exceedingly well in this year would also be recognized for their outstanding performance in the industry.
