NOA Reviews Pitches From PR, Ad Agencies For CLHEEN

The National Orientation Agency (NOA) has evaluated pitch submissions from numerous social marketing and brand companies pitching for its projects in the areas of Crime and Lawlessness, Health and Hygiene, Environment, Education, Abuse and Narcotics (CLHEEAN).
The rigorous valuation and selection process which lasted two days took place at the prestigious Transcorp Hilton, Abuja recently.
The NOA CLHEEAN project is a new strategic approach deployed by the government agency towards resolving the multifaceted challenges bedevilling the country.
According to it, this is in furtherance of its preparation for the official unveiling of the Value Charter.
Submissions came from top-flight agencies who see the opportunity in the new NOA brand and marketing of the social contract which the #Renewed Hope programmes offer.
The process was led by the DG of NOA, Mallam Lanre Issa Onilu and a select panel of marketing eggheads including Mallam Danladi Bako, (renowned broadcast journalist and one-time DG of Broadcasting Organisations of Nigeria); Alhaji Raheem Adedoyin (New Media); Chido Nwakanma (Communications) and NOA Directors.
Nigeria’s Values Charter is a blueprint and policy document for a national value system that defines us as Nigerians whilst undergirding our personality as citizens.
Recall in December 2023, the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris, constituted a ten-man committee to finalise Nigeria’s Values Charter, which will embody a social contract between the country and its citizens.
According to the minister, the new policy will be unveiled in early 2024 by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and consists of the Nigerian Promise and the Citizen Codes and has seven pillars each.
He further explained that the government intends to incorporate these values into formal, informal, and vocational educational policies.
