CVL Restructures, Names New EDs

Nigeria’s premier social enterprise in leadership development and values based training, The Centre for Values in Leadership (CVL) has announced a major restructuring of its operations.

In a press statement issued by its Founder, the renowned Political Economist, Prof Pat Utomi; CVL will now have Executive Directors manning the following divisions. They include Donors and Grants Bodies headed by Rume Daniels, Sector Conferences/Investments Division has Ebere Nzewuji as the ED, while Gamaliel Tanimomo heads the Training Services Division.
They will join Dele Fanimo who joined CVL six months earlier as Executive Director to found a College of EDs that make up the operating committee of CVL.

Prof Utomi believes that the repositioning of the organization’s structure with the new seasoned professionals is borne out of the need to scale up its services to meet the enormous demand for her professional interventions in critical sectors of the Nigerian society, and internationally, to bring about more equitable, fairer and prosperous systems. He stated also that the appointments are with immediate effect.

Rume Daniels is an experienced Business & Talent Development Professional with 20 years of engagements in profit and nonprofits alike, where he worked in the capacity of Team Lead and Executive roles in sectors like finance, education, IT, Oil & Gas, and Consulting.

Gamaliel Tanimomo is a Business Strategist with over two decades of progressive work experience spanning sectors like: financial, fintech, real estate, fmcg, etc. He is a Licensed Business Development Service Provider (BDSP) by EDC/SMEDAN, Certified John Maxwell Trainer, and an Accredited Management Consultant (AMC).

Ebere Nzewuji is a Media and Strategic Communications Expert spanning over 30 years engaging in public policy formulations and implementation, brand awareness management, etc nationally and internationally. He was at various times Director , Ben TV London, UK; Executive Director (Adverts) StarTimes Nigeria, Special Assistant to the Governor of Imo State on Electronic Media.
Dele Fanimo with a background in media on the editorial and management sides also has extensive training and development interests.
