Media and Communications professional and General Manager of Saladin Marketing, Rommel Jasi, has been appointed as new Chairman of the Uganda Advertising Association.
The appointment was announced by his company, Saladin Marketing recently, “Today, we proudly celebrate the ascension of one such visionary: Rommel Jasi, our esteemed General Manager at Saladin Marketing as he takes on the mantle of Chairman of the Uganda Advertising Association.

A passionate media and communications practitioner with extensive experience in integrated marketing communications and organisational leadership, Jasi is expected to bring his knowledge, experience and expertise to steering the course and growing the association for the next few years.
He brings over 15 years of experience within the advertising and marketing industry. Entrepreneurial with great ambition to deliver exceptional business results whilst ensuring high levels of client satisfaction in a demanding environment.
Prior his appointment, he served as Secretary General for the Uganda Advertising Association and has also worked in various marketing & advertising roles across Uganda and Kenya.
In that Rome, he was in charge of conceptualizing and putting together thought leadership activities that help build and organise the advertising & marketing industry.
Rommel Jasi holds a Bachelor of Commerce( Hons) in Management from the University of Delhi India.
