Roseline Abaraonye Joins N.N.Fems Group As Chief Commercial Officer

Marketing and Communications Professional, Roseline Abaronye has joined N.N.Fems Group, a wholly indigenous company incorporated in 1992 to cater for the beauty needs of men and women in Africa as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Prior to her position, she was the Marketing Manager (Nigeria Marketing Lead) at Hayat Kimya where she served for over 8 years.

With over 15 years in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, she has garnered prerequisite experience in building successful brands and teams. In Nigeria, she is one of the few women making a huge difference in the brand marketing space.

Roseline areas of expertise in career include; brand and consumer marketing management, segment marketing and management, integrated marketing communications, consumer insights and innovation, new product development and integrated project management.

Her career journey spans across Tiger Brands Nigeria (Dangote Flour Mills), PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc, and Union Diagnostic & Clinical Services.

Remarkably, in the course of her career journey, she has recorded a lot of milestones contributing to the growth of various leading brands in Nigeria and making them stand out in their various spaces. She nurtured and grew the Molfix baby diaper brand to market leadership in 4 years. She had led the successful launch of multiple brands such as Molped sanitary pads, Bebem Natural baby diapers, Familia & Papia tissues and delivered award winning marketing executions.

She has also garnered about 20 awards across the brands and led the leading diaper brand in Nigeria today to win the ADVAN “Brand of the Year Award in 2018 and 2019” consecutively.

Roseline holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Business School Netherlands in 2018 as well as a B.SC in Economics from Abia State University, where she bagged a 2nd class upper division. She is also a graduate of the Tiger School of Magic (Marketing school) in South Africa.

She is currently a member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and the Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) Membership and Value Committee.
