The Ikeja Chapter of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) is set to hold the fourth edition of its annual public lecture on November 7 2024 at the LCCI House, Nurudeen Olowopopo Way CBD, Alausa Ikeja by 10 am.
Themed, “Transforming Market Challenges into Strategic Opportunities for Sustainable Success in Volatile Times”, this year’s lecture has a line-up of seasoned marketing professionals and marketing stakeholders who will share insights on how professionals and organisations can transform marketing challenges into strategic opportunities for sustainable success in this present volatile economic environment.
Commenting on the event via LinkedIn, the organisers said the event will provide an opportunity for chapter members to engage with the public and enhance awareness of the marketing profession.
The professionals expected to speak at the event include Yinka Adebayo, Group Executive Director, Omnicom Media Group and Principal Consultant Principal Consultant of Purple Pearl Consulting Ltd, Bolajoko Bayo-Ajayi, who will deliver a keynote address as the lead speaker.
Ilyas Kazeem, the Marketing Director, Food Commercial Division, Flour Mills Nigeria; Kayode Adebiyi, Managing Director, Nigeria Managing Director, Danone,( Fan Milk) Nigeria and Bolajoko N. Dixon-Ogbechi from the University of Lagos among other distinguished experts will serve as discussants of the theme.
Hosting the event is the Ikeja Chapter of NIMN Chairman, Otunba Adebayo Oke and the President of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Idorenyen Enang, who serves as the chief host.
Expected to attend the event are marketing professionals, customer service personnel, marketing interns, and marketing undergrads drawn from UNILAG, Caleb University, Babcock University, Crawford University, Covenant University, Ogun State Institute of Technology, Igbesa, Lagos State University, Lagos State university of science and technology and Yaba College of Technology.
