Nigerian Women In Public Relations Unveils Theme for Experiencing PR Conference 2025

Nigerian Women in Public Relations, has officially announced the theme for the fourth edition of its Experiencing Public Relations Conference, scheduled for March 19, 2025.

According to a statement from the organisation, the theme PR for Results: Innovative Strategies for Business and Leadership Transformation – highlights the role of Public Relations in this global renaissance, with a focus on developing economies and marginalised segments of society.

Speaking on this year’s theme , Public Relations Consultant and Founder of Nigerian Women in PR, Tolulope Olorundero emphasised the relevance and timeliness of the theme in today’s rapidly changing world.

Olorundero said, “We are in an era of rapid global change and increasing demands for innovation. From the unexpected rebranding of global brands, to a conscious awakening of citizens across developing countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America: we are in the wake of a global cultural revolution that organisations and various executives must innovate around to remain competitive.”

The Experiencing Public Relations conference is a carefully curated business conference that celebrates competent leaders by providing a global platform to amplify their work; elevates business results by leveraging storytelling to discuss relevant case studies; and recognises investment in Public Relations by forward[1]thinking organisations and executives.

Globally recognised for its distinctive approach to industry conversations, the Experiencing PR Conference continues to set the standard for promoting third-party validation of the practice of public relations. This distinction ensures that business leaders and public office holders attending the conference gain actionable insights and practical strategies from experienced professionals to enhance their businesses or organisations.

Speaking on the 2025 edition of the conference, Olorundero highlighted that the conference will host over 1000 in-person delegates, and over 3000 virtual delegates. She also emphasized the inclusive nature of this year’s edition, which will be accessible to Francophone African countries and the Deaf business community.

 “Our goal is to ensure the EPR Conference continues to be a space for innovation, learning, and meaningful collaboration. By expanding accessibility, we are taking deliberate steps to include Francophone African countries and the Deaf business community, providing tailored resources such as language translation services and sign language interpreters. This ensures these groups can fully participate and contribute to the global conversation shaping the future of Public Relations” said Olorundero.

The announcement of the theme for the 2025 edition of the conference, also revealed the conference’s early sponsors and partners.
