UAC Board has announced the appointment of Khalifa Adebayo Biobaku as Chairman of Board of Directors effective February 5, 2025. He will bring a wealth of experience in finance and investment to this new role.
Announcing the appointment, UAC of Nigeria Plc said “We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Khalifa Adebayo Biobaku as the new Chairman of our Board of Directors, effective February 5, 2025.

Before now, Mr. Biobaku has served as a Non-Executive Director on the UAC Board since March 29, 2022, and most recently as Vice Chairman, where he contributed significantly to the Risk Management, Governance and Remuneration, and Statutory Audit Committees.
His deep understanding of UAC and his strategic insights will be invaluable as they continue to drive growth and value creation.
Mr. Biobaku succeeds Mr. Dan Agbor, who has served as UAC’s Chairman for the past nine years.
He holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering, Economics and Management from University of Oxford.
