Bolajoko Bayo-Ajayi Becomes NIMN’s First Female President

The National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) has elected Dr. Bolajoko Bayo-Ajayi as its new President, marking a historic milestone as the first woman to assume this esteemed position. She succeeds Mr. Idorenyen Enang, who recently concluded his tenure.
With extensive experience within the Institute, Dr. Bayo-Ajayi plans to reposition and strengthen NIMN by leveraging her previous roles, including her service as a Council member and 1st Vice President.
She expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “This role has allowed me to understand the inner workings of the Institute intricately and has opened my eyes to both the opportunities and the pressing needs required to propel our Institute forward.”
Dr. (Mrs.) Bolajoko Bayo-Ajayi, FNIMN, is also a Certified Performance Coach (CPC) and holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). Her leadership journey within NIMN has been marked by significant contributions.
Reflecting on her aspirations, she remarked, “My decision to run for the position of President is not just an aspiration but a renewed commitment and a higher call to serve our Institute with even greater dedication.”
Dr. Bayo-Ajayi also pledged to introduce innovative initiatives aimed at making NIMN outstanding and the most sought-after professional association in Nigeria. She emphasized that the coming two years will be filled with programs designed to add value to members’ lives and professional growth.
