X3M Ideas Elevates Adenike Odutola As New Global Expansion Chief

One of Africa’s leading creative forces on the global stage, X3M Ideas, has announced the elevation of Adenike Odutola to the position of New Global Expansion Chief.

Announcing this today, the Chief Executive Officer of X3M Ideas, Steve Babaeko, stated that, Adenike who played a crucial role in setting up the company’s operations in Johannesburg and Zambia, with consistent demonstration of a deep understanding of cross-border growth dynamics, will be leading the company’s global expansion drive to break new grounds across key international markets.

Before her recent elevation, Adenike was the Managing Director of X3M Ideas, South Central Africa, where she was responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company, managing day-to-day operations, and driving growth in the region. She will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

Adenike is an experienced marketing leader with over 15 years of success in brand strategy, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement across African markets.

She started her marketing and advertising career as Account Executive at Rosabel Leo Burnett in Nigeria and has since led multiple brand and advertising campaigns for some of the most successful brands not only in Nigeria but across the continent.

Her experience cuts across multiple sectors and industries where she has managed not only multinational projects but campaigns for some of the market’s top companies.

When not creating great marketing and advertising campaigns for her clients, Adenike is constantly tapping into her entrepreneurial side, expanding the X3M business portfolio and creative platforms into multiple industries, developing a roadmap for a footprint expansion across Africa, as well as having a passion to lead and support gender equality causes, especially in the workplace.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media from Redeemer’s University, Master of Business Administration – MBA, Project Management & Process Improvement from University of Houston-Downtown and Executive Mergers & Acquisitions Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
