Diageo Appoints Juliet Ifeanyi-Itoje As Shopper Marketing Manager

Marketing and Brand Strategy Expert, Juliet Ifeanyi-Itoje has been appointed as Shopper Marketing Manager – Reserve, South West and Central Africa at Diageo.

In her new role, Juliet will be leading shopper-focused initiatives across key regions, creating immersive brand experiences and driving value at the point of purchase.

Prior to her appointment, She was Brand Manager at GB Foods, makers of Gino Household brands, driving all cooking aids innovations, building the brand equity and ensuring maximal penetration and retention of the brands into consumer homes.

Juliet is committed to the multifaceted 6 P’s of marketing, she is dedicated to ensuring product excellence and fostering a dynamic marketing environment.

Her career journey started in 2019 as Public Relations Executive/Digital Content Creator at Hill+Knowlton Strategies where she worked on 2 key accounts, Turkish Airlines and Visa Nigeria to ensure that they had a positive reputation with all stakeholders, while crafting media content for all digital pages.

She then moved to GB Foods as Trade Marketing Executive in 2020, after which she got elevated to the position of Assistant Brand Manager Marketing in 2021.

With an MSc in Marketing from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, Juliet brings strong expertise in brand storytelling and consumer engagement to Diageo’s luxury portfolio, including Johnnie Walker Blue Label, Don Julio, and Singleton.

She also holds a Bsc in Communication from COOU as well as a Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
