Rahmotallahi Folashade Adeniyi Appointed Brand Manager For Malta Guinness

High-flying marketing professional Rahmotallahi Folashade Adeniyi, who recently made the Brandcom Awards 2025 Top 35 Under 35 Marketing and Communications Professionals list, has been appointed as the Brand Manager for Malta Guinness at Guinness.
Before her appointment, she served as the Regional Brand Manager for Indomie at Tolaram, where she led marketing activities for Indomie across the East and South-South regions, driving brand growth, market penetration, and increased consumer engagement.
With a subspecialty in Digital and Experiential Marketing, Rahmotallahi has built a multi-faceted career grounded in strategic digital planning, social media and community management, digital media buying, and immersive consumer experiences. Her hands-on approach and data-informed decision-making have enabled her to deliver strong results for brands across FMCG, media and entertainment, marketing communications, and insurance industries.
As a dynamic marketing communications professional with experience spanning both agency and client sides. She began her career at Nitro 121 Marketing Agency as a Digital Strategist, working across leading brands such as GOtv, Molped, Bajaj, and NEM Insurance.
In 2023, she joined Tolaram Group as Digital Marketing Manager for Indomie, leading several award-winning campaigns, including “Show Some Love to Mum”-Nigeria’s first-ever AI-powered personalized Mother’s Day campaign, Mama Do Good (Flavors Version), Indomie Flavor Fest, and the recent “Hunt and Win” consumer promo.
Rahmotallahi is motivated by team spirit, brand growth, and the visible impact of her work on organizational goals—a philosophy that continues to guide her leadership at Malta Guinness.
Beyond her professional achievements, she wears a different hat as a social impact enthusiast, passionate about youth development. Through her initiative, Minds’ Companion Initiative (MCI), she mentors and supports young people, helping them harness their potential and rise to the standard they are capable of achieving.
Rahmotallahi holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University. She has further strengthened her expertise through professional training, including Product Marketing Core at the Product Marketing Alliance and Advanced Brand Management at the Brand Management Academy.
