Adelusi, Abaraonye, Olanipekun, 20 Others Inducted As NIMN Fellows

The immediate past President of the Media Independent Practitioners Association of Nigeria (MIPAN) and Chairman of the Heads of Advertising Sectorial Groups (HASG), Dr. Adelusi Olufemi, as well as the Marketing Director, Imperio International Limited, Roseline Abaraonye were among the
23 marketing professionals inducted as fellows of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN).
The induction ceremony was held yesterday at the formal investiture of the NIMN President, Dr. Bolajoko Bayo-Ajayi who was elected in June, taking over from Mr. Idorenyen Enang as the Institute’s first female president.
Held at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, the occasion was themed “Leadership, Trust, and Brand Sustainability”. With keynote delivered by business leader, Mrs. Ibukun Awosika, the event spotlighted the rising demand for ethical leadership in a marketplace increasingly shaped by consumer awareness, digital disruption, and global competition. The theme underscores the urgent need for credibility and long-term value creation in brand development, both in Nigeria and beyond.
Those also inducted include, Group Head, Corporate Resources & Strategy, Red Star Express Plc, Tonye Preghafi; Head of Marketing, Mouka, Tolulope Olanipekun; Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Law at the Niger Delta University, Nigeria, Dr. Kelvin Enokie Briberna; Head of Trade Marketing, Nigerian Breweries Plc, Mfon Bassey; and Head of Communications, the Heineken Company, Sandra Sundayba Amachree.
Other inductees include Sunday Adeolu Fasipe, Taiwo Akinola, Hon. Ebizi Rosemary Ndiomu C. Brown, Jolaoso Gbenga Victor, Willie Etim Willie, Dr. Emmanuel Ifeanyi Anyanwu, Ayo Omodara Olugbenga, Oluwaseyifunmi Ebenezer Oyewunmi, Seun Oliwo, Ronke Osho, Nasir Mansur Mohammed, Ifeoma Okafor-Obi, Dr. Adatire Micheal Okumagba, Taiye Ebun, Akoree Idenedo, Olugbenga Olusola Onowo.
