Obabueki Aigbogun Joins Tolaram Africa As Head Of Consumer Insights

Consumer & Market Insight expert, Obabueki Aigbogun has joined the services of manufacturing conglomerate, Tolaram Africa as Head of Consumer Insights.
In his new role, he will be responsible for helping the business accelerate its consumer centric agenda by amplifying consumers’ voice for every decision to be made by the business.
Prior to his appointment, Obabueki was Africa Food and Beverage Insights Manager at Pepsico.
With over 11 years professional experience at both market research agency and FCMG firm, guiding business decisions with data, Obabueki is an experienced consumer and market insights consultant. He has mastering of many research techniques and their application to answering business questions, both quantitative and qualitative research approach.
His experiences cut across FMCG (Food & Beverages, Home & personal Care, Tobacco), Telco, Financials, Social & Environmental, – delivery insights that answered varying marketing and business questions. These experiences have equipped him with knowledge of markets and their consumers across Africa.
Obabueki started his career at Cadelle Travel and Tours Ltd as Sales Executive where he helped client to make travel decision and complete their travel arrangement; negotiate for best deals; and package development that suit clients’ demands.
He then moved to Etisalat Nigeria as Customer Care Representatives where he was responsible for assisting customers with issues on products and services as well as collecting feedback from customers.
Other places he has worked include GFK as Trainee Research Executive; and Kantar Millward Brown as Client Service and Research Manager.
Obabueki holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management from University of Lagos as well as a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Economics from University of Benin.
