RedWolf Named Best Agency Workplace In Nigeria

The RedWolf Company, a digital-first agency in Nigeria, has been named the Best Agency Workplace in Nigeria by Agency Workplaces, a global organisation that recognises workplace culture in the marketing communications industry.
The recognition followed what the organisation described as a rigorous evaluation process involving surveys and interviews assessing the agency’s work culture.
According to Agency Workplaces, RedWolf was recognised for prioritising teamwork, attracting top talent, and building a strong internal culture. The agency also becomes the first Nigerian firm to receive the honor.
Speaking on the achievement, RedWolf’s managing director, Ekeno Eyo, said the recognition reflects the company’s long-standing focus on culture, not just operations.
“We didn’t just build a digital-first agency; we have been building a digital-first culture,” she said. “We are honored to be the first in Nigeria to be named the Best Agency Workplace in Nigeria.”
She also credited the agency’s founder, Lanre Adisa, for establishing a forward-thinking structure at a time the industry needed a more digital-first approach.
Founded in 2018, RedWolf has grown its portfolio across sectors, including FMCG, fintech, NGOs, and telecommunications, working with both local and multinational brands within Nigeria and the West African region.
The agency has also maintained a consistent presence at the LAIF Awards, placing joint seventh at the last edition.
The recognition comes as RedWolf prepares to mark its eighth anniversary
