Airtel Nigeria Opens Applications For Mid-Career Professionals

Airtel Nigeria is recruiting experienced professionals for its 2026 Mid-Career Professionals Programme. The recruitment is targeting candidates eager to step in and grow within senior roles in the telecoms company.
According to guidelines published on Airtel’s enterprise tracking career portals, applicants must have at least eight years of verified working experience to qualify.
The recruitment covers three key business areas.
In Sales & Distribution, the company noted that it is looking for candidates with strong retail sales backgrounds in telecoms, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or manufacturing.
Applicants should have hands-on experience with Route-to-Market and Go-to-Market strategies, a solid revenue generation track record, and sharp numerical and relationship management skills.
For Finance Operations, candidates need a degree in Accounting or Finance, with professional certifications like Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria (ACA) or the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) giving an added advantage. A minimum of eight years in multinational accounting environments is required, along with working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
reporting standards and Oracle ERP systems.
The Airtel Business (Enterprise) unit is seeking professionals experienced in managing high-value corporate accounts, B2B negotiations, and consultative sales.
