OAAN Nominates Mr. Ambrose Nnodim, frpa, to Join the Nigeria OOH Consumer Research Oversight Committee

The Out-of-Home Advertising Association of Nigeria (OAAN) has officially announced its participation in the upcoming Nigeria OOH Consumer Penetration and Audience Behaviour Study. Following a formal request from the project’s organizers, OAAN has nominated industry veteran Mr. Ambrose Nnodim, frpa, to represent the association on the initiative’s Oversight Committee.

The appointment comes following collaboration between Ooan and Out of Home Academy. 

The comprehensive study aims to provide deep, data-driven insights into consumer penetration and audience behavior across the Nigerian Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising landscape. Recognizing the strategic importance of this industry-wide initiative, OAAN noted that it conducted thorough internal consultations before selecting Nnodim to champion its standards and interests on the committee.

“Our nominee is a seasoned industry professional with extensive experience in Out-of-Home Advertising practice and research,” stated Priscilla Ololo, Acting Executive Secretary of OAAN, in the official confirmation letter.

As the regulatory and unifying body for OOH advertising media owners in Nigeria, OAAN’s involvement underscores the association’s ongoing commitment to fostering data integrity, modernizing audience measurement metrics, 

and supporting robust industry growth. Mr. Nnodim’s expertise is expected to be instrumental in ensuring the study delivers highly accurate, actionable intelligence for brands, agencies, and stakeholders across the continent.

The report will be launched to advertisers, media practioners and the general public at the LOMA Conference scheduled for October 2, 2026
