Domino’s Pizza Outlets In Nigeria Set To Hit 80 Stores – CEO

Eat N’ Go Limited, the master franchise for Domino’s Pizza, Cold Stone, Creamery, and Pinkberry Gourmet Frozen Yoghurt Brands has said that the numbers of its stores in Nigeria is close to 80.
The pizza company started operation in the country in 2012.
Patrick McMichael, the Group Managing Director and CEO, Eat ‘N’ Go, said this while speaking at a press conference to launch the company’s 20 minutes delivery guaranteed last Wednesday, at its Ikoyi’s outlet.
“The company has a vision to greatly expand its presence within the Nigerian market. We currently have 20,000 stores in over 70 countries in the world and close to 80 stores in Nigeria.
“With our expansion strategy, our goal is to ensure that our customers are able to reach us everywhere while maintaining our high-quality products and service delivery.
“Our goal is to ensure that Domino’s Pizza is reachable to every Nigerians across the country both in quality and in good shape and that is why we are always thinking of ways to serve our customers better,” McMichael said.
Meanwhile, McMichael said the launch of the new 20-minute delivery guaranteed project is part of the company’s vision of bringing hot and fresh meals to its customers nationwide.
He stated that customers will be compensated with a free pizza on their next order if the 20-minute delivery is delayed.
“This is an exciting time for our company, in fact, this is the most exciting thing I have done in my entire 33 years career with Domino’s pizza. We are redefining delivery processes and delivery times. We are the only company doing this in the world, amidst all the challenges we face, and I cannot but be prouder of the entire Domino’s pizza Nigeria team in this great achievement.
“We are all about our customers, and ensuring they get their meals faster and in quality means a lot to us. Before this, we promised our pizza in 25 minutes and during this period we became the fastest pizza delivery market in Domino’s global ecosystem, delivering within 16 minutes. This gave us the confidence to now promise our customers that they will get their pizzas within 20 minutes guaranteed, and better still they will get a free pizza if we fail to deliver on this promise.”
