NIPR Signs Broadcast Deal With NTA for World PR Forum 2026

The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with the Nigerian Television Authority, appointing the national broadcaster as the official television host broadcaster for the World Public Relations Forum 2026, scheduled to take place in Abuja this November. The agreement, which forms part of preparations for the global event, was signed at the headquarters of the Nigerian Television Authority in Abuja.
President Ike Neliaku signed the agreement on behalf of the institute, while the Director-General of the NTA, Salihu Abdulhamid Dembos, signed on behalf of the broadcasting authority.
Under the partnership, the NTA will serve as the official television broadcaster for the forum, providing coverage and amplifying conversations from the global public relations gathering.
Organisers say the forum is expected to attract more than 3,000 delegates from about 126 countries, making it one of the largest international communication and public relations events to be hosted in Nigeria.
With NTA’s extensive national and international broadcast network, discussions, insights, and experiences from the forum are expected to reach millions of viewers within Nigeria and across the world.
