Quickteller Unveils ‘Everything Is Possible’ Campaign

Quickteller, the digital payment arm of Interswitch, has launched a thematic campaign tagged ‘Everything Is Possible’ thereby expanding its offerings on its platform for users to do practically any financial transaction or payment at anytime and anywhere.
Recall, the payment platform was known to offer Airtime, bill payment and fund transfer but now it has expanded its offering to ease financial transaction. Its two new Television Commercials (TVCs) titled ‘Big Idea’ and ‘Possibility’ unveiled to journalists recently at its corporate head office in Lagos were used to buttress its thematic campaign that everything is possible on its platform.
Adedeji Layade, Product Marketing Manager, Quickteller said people now demand for holistic services and for that the company is expanding its offerings to meet the yielding of consumers and offer them great services.
“We have always been known for traditional services which is Airtime, bill payment and fund transfer but as of today we have gone beyond that, today you can buy your event tickets, you can shop across 150 stores in Europe, UK, USA and you pay in Naira and have it delivered to your door step which is through Quickteller Global Mall. Also, you can get a loan on Quickteller today and as well buy tickets. We are not stopping there; we are trying to get every single bit of lifestyle service that we know the consumers require on their day to day lives.”
He added that people can pay for air ticket on the platform and shop for anything they want, stating further that the additional services is proactive approach to continue to offer top niche services and think ahead of consumers.
The company stated that the campaign is already in three languages which are English, Hausa and Pidgin and will be aired across media.
Adedeji revealed that there are other activities lined up throughout the year across the mass media and others to promote the campaign in the country.
Meanwhile, speaking on the rationale behind the campaign, representing the creative agency that did the creative, Olawande Oyewole, Brand Creative Lead, DDB Lagos explained that human needs are changing, then the introduction of addition services to make user experience remarkable, adding that the new campaign dwelled on the efficiency, quality services, and innovative solutions that Quickteller has always been known for.
One the TVC unveiled was tagged ‘Big Idea’, it had Comedian Bovi and some renown celebrities sat in the boardroom brainstormed on what they can actually do with their Quickteller while they planned a creative advert for the brand.
Explaining what inspired it, he said “The ‘Big Idea’ is about brainstorming session, a brainstorming session is met to tap different ideas from different people to come up with something holistic that would be a solution and we felt rather than us going in piecemeal shooting a specific ad and talking about a particular thing, is better we come to a round table where everybody drop their own idea and we are actually talking about the added services.”
“You can make payment of school fees, toll gate payment on the platform, you shop at the corner of your house by shopping at Quickteller Global Mall, before now Nigeria was listed as one of the blacklisted countries because of our fraudulent status and sure you are familiar with some of the international stores declaiming our ATM cards because the IPS address is originating from Nigeria.
“’We are saying as a brand who cares for its consumers, we have taken care of that by stepping ahead. We say put the burden on us, those things that you desire.”
He added “’We felt that it was nice to bring in cast that resonate with the consumers that are known for their comic relief that is why we went for the likes of Bovi and other renown celebrities”
Similarly, the other campaign which is ‘Possibilities’ which shows a man on a riding a unicycle and at the same time making transaction on his Quickteller, Wande explained that the TVC restates that it is meant to support the thermic campaign ‘Everything Possible’ and show that everything possible.
