Oluwatobi Olanisimi Named Among Top Marketing Managers In Africa, Middle East In Latest Loeries Rankings

Marketing Manager for International Breweries’ Trophy Stout and Malt brands and One of Brandcom Awards’ 2023 Top 35 Under 35 professionals, Oluwatobi Olanisimi has been named among the Top Marketing Managers in Africa and the Middle East in the 2023 Loeries Rankings, released two days ago.

Olanisimi makes the list alongside another Nigerian, Bayode Akanbi who works with Reckitt South Africa as Marketing Manager for Dettol, in that market.

An ambitious and results-driven individual with strong academic credentials combined with “real world” business experience and a diverse background of extra-curricular activities and interests, Olanisimi makes  the list that boasts 19 other Marketing Managers across two continents.

A seasoned professional who has worked on brands like Malta Guinness, Regal, Mainstream spirit of Diageo, GSK, Darling among other brands at the agency level while he had directly managed the Nutri-Milk brand, Nutri-Milk Superkids and CWAY peach fruit drink, his career spans companies like Grand Oak Limited as Brand Manager for Regal Dry Gin, CWAY Food & Beverages, GDM Group, DIJO Group and E Pro Concept, among others.

The Loeries is a non-profit company and Africa and the Middle East’s premiere initiative that recognises, rewards, inspires and fosters creative excellence in the brand communication industry. For years, it has always released an official ranking of the most creative brands and agencies across the continents.

Since 2010, the Loeries Official Rankings have offered a comprehensive overview of the annual performance across the brand communications industry throughout Africa and the Middle East. The rankings list the top brands, agencies and production companies, as well as performance by both individuals and companies in specialist focus areas.

“Across Africa and the Middle East, the Loeries Official Rankings is the definitive measure of creative innovation for brands, agencies, production companies and individuals in the brand communication industry,” Loeries CEO, Preetesh Sewraj, had said when the rankings for 2022 was released, “It is the only comprehensive regional index that provides valuable insight into determining which brands and agencies are creating work that impact consumers with the goal of creating an economic impact for the brand.”
