Flour Mills Concludes Annual B2B Sales Forum, Rewards Commercial Partners

As part of its commitment to nurturing partnerships with its commercial partners, Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc has recently concluded its annual B2B Sales Customers Forum aimed to recognise and reward high-performing dealers.

According to a statement, the FMN Group hosted a series of events for top customers/business partners across five cities — Delta, Akwa Ibom, Abuja, Ibadan, and Lagos.

Through the forum, high-performing dealers, business partners, direct-buying bakers, and corporate buyers are rewarded for their work.

The firm stated that the tour culminated with the final event held on March 12, 2024, in Lagos. Several customers attended to network, engage with FMN leadership, and discuss the company’s products and services.

Speaking on the forum, the Head of Commercial B2B at FMN, John Maniatis, said the forum provided the platform to honour top performers, strengthen relationships, and gather insights to better serve the company’s customers in 2024.

According to him, in addition to networking opportunities, attendees gained insights into FMN’s strategic plans for customer and economic growth.

He said top customers were recognised across multiple categories for their outstanding sales performance and commitment to the company’s brands.
