In a move to enhance marketing education and skills development, the Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) has announced its collaboration with global data and insights company Kantar for the July edition of its Fundamentals of Marketing series.

The upcoming online seminar, scheduled for Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 11:00 AM, will focus on “Marketing Analytics for Beginners.”

This month’s event aims to demystify the often complex world of marketing analytics for newcomers to the field. Participants can expect to gain valuable insights into essential marketing metrics and learn practical methods for interpreting and applying data in their marketing strategies.

Leading the seminar is Simiso Ncube, a distinguished expert in the field currently serving as the Associate Director of Analytics for West, East, and Central Africa at Kantar. Ncube’s extensive experience in the region positions her uniquely to provide relevant and actionable insights for marketers operating in African markets.

The ADVAN Fundamentals of Marketing Series, a monthly initiative, targets junior to mid-level managers, offering them a platform to deepen their understanding of marketing principles and practices.

While the event is free for all ADVAN members, interested participants can register through a provided Google Forms link on ADVAN social media pages.
