Supa Komando Tests BBN Housemates’ Fitness In Big Energy Task
Energy drink brand, Supa Komando turned the Big Brother Naija mansion into military training jungle as it put to test housemates’ fitness level in a task it called ‘Big Energy’ during it’s engagement on the reality show.
The brand task was held in two stages. In the first task, housemates who worked in pairs told their personal stories explaining where they showed grit and resilience in the toughest moments of their lives.
The second task had housemates ‘firing on’ in gruelling physical activities that had them crawling through a tyres, climbing steps and ladders to reach their ultimate goal: to ring a bell in the shortest possible time.
The duos that did this in the shortest time were qualified for the next round of the task. At the end of this stage, housemate duos Aces – Topher and Sooj; the Radicals – Michky and Fairme David; Nelita – Nelly and Anita; Shatoria – Shawn and Victoria; and Beta – Tjay and Ben qualified for the next round.
In the second round, the five-qualified pair played a buzz-wire game. They were given a box with a metallic Supa Komando logo on top. The housemates were required to roll two rods through it without touching the metal. The housemates who touched the metal about three to four times stopped rolling and were scored at the level they reached.
At this stage, Biggie introduced a deep ball game as an alternative game to Shatoria, Radicals and Beta who failed to complete a puzzle game, which required them to navigate through different colours of puzzle boxes to push out a Supa Komando bottle from the centre of the board within five minutes.
Shatoria and Radicals were qualified for the last game, the Maze labyrinth circular game. It required them to move the labyrinth from side by side till the ball at its centre passed through an exit.
At the end of the game, Shatoria were announced as the toughest Supa Komando Contenders of the season.
