Marketing leader and former Chi Limited’s Category Head, Diary & Snacks for Nigeria and Ghana, Gloria Nwabuike has been appointed Managing Director of AACE Foods Processing and Distribution Limited.
The company announced this recently on its LinkedIn page where it stated that it believes Nwabuike is the right person for the role, “Her extensive background in Marketing Strategy, Innovation, and Business Management, coupled with her experience managing world-class accounts and leading marketing projects across multiple regions, positions her as a dynamic leader for AACE Foods.

Gloria is an experienced strategic marketing and communications expert with a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverages industry. She is skilled in Sales, Market Research, Management, Marketing, and Product Development. She has a strong passion for people development and building marketing skills.
She has over 20 years of distinguished experience in marketing and business management. Nwabuike brings a wealth of expertise from her impressive experience with renowned organizations such as Nestle, Mondelez, and CHI, a member of the Coca-Cola Company.
Prior to her time at Chi, she had served as Head of Marketing for Nestle Waters at Nestle Nigeria, returning to the company for the second time having worked there as Brand Manager for its flagship Maggi brand before leaving for Mondeléz International where she worked as a Category Lead (Powdered Beverages (West Africa) and was elevated to the position of Equity and Innovation Manager – Cocoa Beverages ( Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa).
Nwabuike commenced her career that has been described as nothing short of spectacular at the International Merchant Bank Plc where she served as a System Operations Officer and then moved on to join Strika Communications Ltd as a Communications and Sponsorship Manager, rising through the ranks to the position of Business Development Manager (West Africa).
A distinguished fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Nwabuike is also an associate Member of The Advertising Council of Nigeria. She holds a HND in Computer Science from the Institute of Management & Technology (IMT) and an MBA in Business Management from the University of Calabar.
