Flour mills of Nigeria (FMN) has announced the elevation of Oluwatooni Odewole to the position of Associate Director (New Product Development, New to the World and Rising Star).
In her new position, Oluwatooni will be responsible for leading the organization new product and overseeing the new to the old brand and the rising star category.
Before now, she was the Innovation and Commercialization Manager at the same company where she was charged with the responsibility of driving consumer-led Innovation across the FMN group and its subsidiaries.
With over 14 years experience in brand management and marketing communications, Oluwatooni has proven to be a strategic leader, driving consumer-led innovation and successful brand initiatives.
Her commitment to excellence and her deep understanding of market dynamics makes an invaluable asset to the team.
She started her career at Mouka Limited as Marketing Executive, she then port to the position of Management Trainee where she coordinated and implemented customer service in all three factories, she also served as Sales and Operations Planning Coordinator working as an intermediary between Marketing team, Supply chain and Production team to deliver on established KPIs for Mouka Limited.
At Dansa Foods Limited she worked as Sales and Operations Planning Coordinator where she coordinated the Local and Foreign procurement team to deliver on set goals and she also serve as intermediary between manufacturing and Marketing to deliver strategic KPIs.
She then returned to Mouka Limited as Assistant Brand Manager after which she ported to Promasidor as Brand Manager, Dairy Category and Acting Category Manager (Food Enhancement). At Dangote Group, she served as Category Manager.
Oluwatooni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Covenant University as well as a Master of Business Administration in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from Ahmadu Bello University.
