NIMN Unveils Theme For 2025 Conference, AGM, To Explore ESG In Creating Value Across Generations

The National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) has unveiled its theme for the 2025 edition of its fast approaching Annual Marketing Conference (AMC) and Annual General Meeting (AGM) billed to take place from June 19th to the 20th at CEEDAPEG Hotel, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

The theme, “Leveraging Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in Driving Value Across Generations” is set to explore the role of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors in creating long-term value across different generations.

According to the event organisers in a post on its official social media platforms, the conference will bring together top brands, companies, marketing professionals, and practitioners to explore innovative strategies, share insights, and build meaningful connections in the marketing world.

It also noted that attendees can expect to gain expert knowledge, discover new tools and trends, network with industry leaders, and enhance their marketing skills. It’s an opportunity to elevate your career and stay ahead in the industry.

NIMN has also invited all marketing professionals to register for the conference. This year’s registration fees are pegged as follows:

Academia: N50,000 , Students: N25,000
Associate Members:
Early Bird: N75,000
Regular: N100,000

Full Members:
Early Bird: N100,000
Regular: N125,000

Fellows:
Early Bird: N125,000
Regular: N150,000
Fellows’ Dinner: N50,000
Non-Members: N100,000

NIMN states that all registrations and payments must be completed online using the portal. It has encouraged all interested professionals to use the early bird registration window to secure your spot.

The National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) is the foremost professional body for individuals involved in marketing and related fields.

The Institute’s main role is to regulate and standardize marketing practices through professional examinations, certifications, and training.
Membership in the Institute is compulsory for marketing practitioners, and practising marketing without registration is illegal. NIMN aims to ensure that its members adopt a professional marketing approach.

The Institute was established by Act of the National Assembly no. 25 0f 2003 with a chartered status conferred on it, the responsibility to regulate and standardize marketing professional practice through the conduct of comprehensive professional examinations and certifications, training, retraining and consultancy services geared towards ensuring that members adopt a professional approach to marketing and other related areas of marketing activities.
