Olam Agri, a leading agri-business focused on sourcing, processing, and distributing food, feed, and fiber across high-growth emerging markets has opened applications for their 2026 Africa Finance Program. It is a 12-month structured learning journey designed to build a strong finance talent pipeline across Africa. The year-long program that helps finance professionals accelerate their skills through cohort onboarding, rotations, finance exposure, and a final job stint, is similar to a comprehensive boot camp, where you get real, hands-on experience working across different African countries and business operations.
The training will start by a full cohort learning about Olam Agri’s operating model and how they work across Africa. Then there’ll be structured rotations with a partner, visiting different countries and learning their businesses. After that comes deeper finance training, covering policies, reporting, treasury, compliance, risk management, and digital finance systems. Applicants will work on an actual business projects.
Olam Agri invites high-performing finance professionals who are ready to work across Africa, including in remote locations, to apply. English proficiency is mandatory, knowledge of French or Portuguese will also be an advantage depending on applicants’ training placements.
Participants in the training will gain pan-African exposure, work alongside a strong network of peers, get real business experience, and be positioned for promotion into operational finance roles across Africa.
The program covers multiple African countries including Ghana, Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Cameroon, Togo, Congo, Chad, Mozambique, and South Africa. Applications close in 2 weeks, early submission is hereby advised, as the selection process is highly competitive.
