Mabel Adeteye Launches MAA Insight Room to Drive Conversations on Business, Leadership

Business, brand and executive communications strategist, Mabel Adeteye, has launched MAA Insight Room, a thought leadership platform designed to deepen conversations around business, branding, leadership and executive communications.

The platform will convene professionals, founders, business leaders and emerging talents for practical discussions focused on the thinking, judgement and decision-making that shape business and career outcomes.

Speaking on the initiative, Adeteye said while access to information has increased significantly, it has not necessarily translated into better thinking or stronger decision-making.

“We live in a time where people have access to more information, more opinions and more tools than ever before, but access does not automatically produce insight,” she said.

“The real advantage is no longer simply knowing more. It is being able to ask better questions, recognise what others may overlook and apply knowledge with judgement. The quality of our decisions will always depend on the quality of our thinking.”

According to her, MAA Insight Room was created to move beyond surface-level conversations by examining the realities of building trusted brands, leading organisations, navigating professional growth and making informed decisions in increasingly complex environments.

Unlike traditional thought leadership platforms where speakers determine discussion topics, participants will be invited to submit questions and issues they want addressed during registration for each session.

Adeteye said the approach is intended to ensure conversations remain relevant to participants’ real challenges rather than assumed needs.

The platform also reflects her continued commitment to mentorship, knowledge sharing and professional development, drawing on her experience in business strategy, brand building, marketing, leadership and executive communications across local and international markets.

She noted that the initiative is not intended to position experience as a collection of perfect answers but as a resource for better judgement and continuous learning.

MAA Insight Room will hold on the first Friday of every month at 7:00 p.m., covering topics including business strategy, brand and executive communications, leadership, professional positioning, organisational reputation and marketing.

The inaugural session will hold on Friday, August 7, 2026. Participation is free, although registration is required, with access details to be shared after registration.

Adeteye said the long-term goal is to build a platform that helps professionals improve not only the answers they seek but also the questions they ask.

“Some conversations end too quickly. Others never happen at all. MAA Insight Room is my response to both,” she said. “This is a room for deeper thinking, practical insight and honest conversations that can help people see more clearly, make better decisions and move forward with greater confidence.”
